Dalhin ang mga sumusunod na requirements: - Certificate of Registration - Certificate of Matriculation - Grades ng sinundang semester (with at least a GWA of 2) - Barangay Certificate of Indigency - Valid ID (kung menor de edad, valid ID ng magulang) Kapag kumpleto na po ang requirements, magtungo sa Office of the City Mayor, 3rd floor, Meycauayan City Hall para sa interview.
